        1 Where the application for Review on Rejection, Where the applicant is dissatisfied, he may, within thirty days from receipt of the notice, may institute legal proceedings in the People's Court.

        2 Where the application for Review on Non-Approval, Where the applicant is dissatisfied, he may, within thirty days from receipt of the notice, may institute legal proceedings in the People's Court.

        3 Where the application for Review on Invalidation of Registration, Where the applicant is dissatisfied, he may, within thirty days from receipt of the notice, may institute legal proceedings in the People's Court.

        4 Where the application for Review on Cancellation, Where the applicant is dissatisfied, he may, within thirty days from receipt of the notice, may institute legal proceedings in the People's Court.

Any of the following acts shall be an infringement of the exclusive right to use a registered trademark, the trademark registrant or interested parties may institute legal proceedings in the People's Court.

      (1) to use a trademark that is identical with a registered trademark in respect of the identical goods without the authorization from the trademark registrant; 

      (2) to use a trademark that is similar to a registered trademark in respect of the identical or similar goods without the authorization from the trademark registrant,likely to cause confusion.

      (3) to sell goods that infringement of the exclusive right to use a registered trademark ;

      (4) to counterfeit, or to make, without authorization, representations of a registered trademark of another person, or to sell such representations of a registered trademark as were counterfeited, or made without authorization; 

      (5) to replace, without the consent of the trademark registrant, its or his registered trademark and market again the goods bearing the replaced trademark;
      (6) to make a convient or help for others to infringement of the exclusive right to use a registered trademark

    (7) to cause prejudice to the exclusive right of another person to use a registered trademark.
